Locked my quest at this level:

print: quest_shadow_of_terror_lock

The quest "Day of Rest ..." is no longer active, and the "Corrupt Leader ..." requires quest that does end up requiring the quest itself "Shadow of Terror ..."

It's a locked loop, one requires the other.

You are trying to take the "To the Prison of Darkness" quest from Slaski, before you finished the prerequisite quests in the quest line.

No, I spoke with NPC Slaski because he is asked in the quest "Shadow of Terror: Blackish Red Fog" shortly after picking up the Wisp:

Ok, all that i can say is that HTML link you captured on that picture is related to the "To the Prison of Darkness" quest..., so if you didnt missclick while talking with Slaski there is indeed a bug...

Here the picture opens normal.

I did the quest with another char, and the window appeared these options:

print: outro char fazendo a quest

The problem then is that neither appears the options in the other char to select the correct quest, and goes straight to the option "To the Prison of Darkness"

I had left that quest aside, creat another char, and in the same quest when I got to that part the same thing happened, so it occurred to me that I did not go to Ancient City Arcan through the cave, but through global gk, and that was the problem .
The npc does not recognize that the char continues the quest, so it offers the dialogue of the other quest that has nothing to do.  
So I went back to Angels Waterfall and went to Ancient City through the cave, so I managed to get on the quest.
