enchant rate for cloaks

Hi everyone,

I made a test according tofollowing event how is about  possibility to achieve to get +10 cloak to +15. For now i spend at least 150 scrolls to get my cloak at same level. I starded from +10--> back to zero-->go back to 5-11 and so on, at the end i recieve same lvl enchant like from the beginnig of procces. Ok I understod this is Korea random  (really ?), but common I spend 200$ for nothing? just to get your item from the starting point? Let's make pay 2 be?

from 200 u can sell items and buy the ready made from others

with my $100 (8000 ncoin) i got  Aden +10

i used 50+ of my cloak enchant on cloak until i get to +7

i used the 2x 10% increased enchant to make it +9

and used 1stable cloak to make it +10

i think u just need to be lucky  i got 72 LUC at that time. i might be lucky on making it +10 but making it legendary spent 23 legendary scroll

Yeah you need to be lucky, I have expend 150  scrolls on 2 cloaks and they never went up to 7... the fact here is that you are expending money to this game to get nothing and many ppl have lose ALOT, is not that you are losing couple bucks... you are expending hundereds or thousands to get just  1 item with an absulutly low sucess chance.

Thats the reaso why some ppl preffer to buy made items and stoped investing in this bullcrap/. Then you se Admins here deleting posts...

Used 4x legendary scroll on normal elmore cloak today all failed. I expect it since it's like 5%..

Used 3x stable on 1 legendary cloak +5 and all failed.

After that I sold the normal scrolls and spend the adena for krisna weapon upgrade. The enchant rates are insane. Beside that for the price of the stable scrolls it should be 100% since it's up to +10 enchant.

So this is the second time I did this cloak event and still on +5 never got higher.

Doesn't the lineage 2 team want players to spend more euro's but as a costumer I am very dissapointed since eveything is going to dust and very low improvement.....or no improvement at all.

Is it possible to make stable enchants 100% in the future?

So we the players get atlast something as improvement from the packs we buy with ncoins.

Isn't worth an refund for those that used alot of stable enchants? We have it with weapon enchants and armor alrdy. Atlast less people leave this game and we get more exited to buy some packs for Ncoins.

it is a very good item to have but very hard to make, and its not only the enchant part, you have to make it legendary to go further and even waste a ton trying to get a decent augment, overall it's very expensive and it has a huge probability to end up with empty hands, the feeling you get from this event is probably frustration and there should be something you could get from it even if it all fails.

Hi all

I feel everyone pain and unfortunately not enough people voice their concerns over these Ridiculous odds.

I myself tried to make my +10 cloak legendary for the pass 2 cloak events. Total number of legendary scrolls used 97 

62 last time and 35 this time ZERO success RATE.

Before people say you should of sold the scrolls and just buy one with the adenas,

You have to look at it from a players point of view. I think all here Spent a lot of Real Life money making their cloaks to +10. That felt SICKENING Good after all that money spent. Then that feeling of success went down the drain when you spent every single hero coin to exchange for legendary scrolls to have ALL OF THEM FAIL!!!!!!. Not to believe that the NC odds are so bad You foolishly go buy MORE NC Coin and try again to make your cloak Legendary. GUESS what you fail all those Legendary scrolls AGAIN!!.

Making the cloak was my personal choice but for all the people that WAS thinking of making a cloak or trying these Ridiculous odds. Please think again.

choices

1. Buy already made ones, even thou it looks expensive ITS NOT saves yourself some PAIN and ANGER

2. Don't buy any NC coins and hopefully nc soft will adjust the odds

 

PLEASE DO NOT TRY these RIDICULOUS ODD EVENTS, most people that try are not rich, can only spend limited Real life money on NC coins.

On this Event some wise person who overenchanted 3 cloaks to +18 and about 10 to +15 on previous two events said after trying to make on current Event. „I like to gamble, but it is not gambling anymore! Its only fail festiwal and odds are so bad that i wont try it again anymore” so... feel free to spend more, and fail more NCWest will be happy. GL with overenchant Your cloaks

In almost all countries there is the guarantee of satisfaction 
(if the product was not expected or does not meet the expectations I can return it),
because in NCSOFT this does not apply?, Because NCSoft can not sell something 100% functional.
for example:
Layer +0 = 10US
Layer +7 = 100US
Layer +10 = 150US
Layer +15 = 250US
Layer +20 = 400US
I feel cheated by paying 250US and receive a cloak +0

I hope you do not delete this post, since I have the right to express myself freely.

You've scammed yourself. It's completely your fault that you got no idea what you're doing. Maybe you would have had, if you actually had to grind and buy the stuff needed to make the item. That's a good lesson for flakes that know only the L2Store and nothing else.

Also you're not buying any product here, only a service called NCoin.

mixa... the ncoin is virtual money like a BitCoin, it's not a service !! with Ncoin I buy items .. 
the only thing I am requesting is that the items are 100% functional and not based on %. 
And maybe you're right, it's my fault for trusting myself and thinking that NCsoft will change 
and benefit its customers, but it's not like that and it will not be until US law prohibits
 selling random items in online games.

Believe me, it's a service.I've worked on similar stuff but for the gambling industry and it's often reffered as "hooking".Let's say the chips you buy at the casino, they represent a service too, not a currency.The idea is that when you lose them on the roulette or w/e, you've got no basis for asking your money back, since you've recieved what you paid for - the chips (the service).Same goes like 99% for NCoin and other tokens (yes it's much more accurate to call it a token).The only difference here is that you cannot cash out the tokens you got.

I'd strongly suggest you'd read the EULA

you, get what you deserve from the moment you bought Ncoins and use them to l2store . Forget about that button , play your game ignore all the keyboard warriors  that the only life success is some pixels in a server and you will see that you eventually will get that item for free from a quest or some adena, you get the point.

Guys why don't you first research how the cloak event really works and than if you want enchant, ask some of the players who already did that.. 

Cloak enchant rate is always bad, once I went from 1 to 10 with no fail after that I went from 10 to 0

BTW I was told a Bulgarian guy on Naia was enchanting Aden Cloak and went to +16 like 20 times, once cloak was +17 and after that it went to +8...

probably he went to the hospital, hope he is doing well now

You always write somethink but why dont write fact ? If you dont try play event so dont write nothink.  Give him Simple answer its do hard ? 

1 men can echange for legendary cloak by 1 scroll legendary but enchant 300 scroll and fail to +10 . 

Other one can enchant by 10 scroll to +10 but use 60 legendary scroll for echange cloak for legendary and fail. 

 

When i play last event i Please create theme and help other player give info about your adventure.  (Like 50scroll I use and cloak is +2)

actually in Korea they do disclose this for any l2store promo as Korean Government made it mandatory
