ppower Posted June 30, 2019 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Hello, I understand that the position that Ncsoft always maintained about the use of Vpn was neutral and for them it is not illegal, but I noticed that since the new launcher it is impossible to enter the game using vpn, did the company's policies change?
