Not in all libra have option to change all weapons... 2. All libra can be different - it decide developers (not people who cry in forum). People can just say existing bugs. 3. Not forum people making decision. Game roles creating - developers. Future update creating - developers. And regions difference - making developers.. What exist in other servers - not all must exist here. P.S: Is like other games in real life. for example basketball... NBA are different from EuroLeague... They all play basketball - but game different, sistem different... And never not hear that players changing roles...
