Problem with Lightining Force Tyr Duelist

Dear very good night, it happens that I have a doubt, since the last update my dual class tyr duelist stopped activating
 the lightining force, passive skill which increased my attack, always rose from lvl 1 to 3 maximum, I wish you could clarify
 if it's a problem or if they definitely got it out of tyr?
