Only Clan leader can use CC to Enter Dragons/Epics

For obvious reasons it will be wise to make only the Clan Leader of a the clan clan that has the most members in given CC to be able to enter to Dragons and any Epics (eg. Trasken). 

Also put cooldown on Clan Leader change to 30 days, since this is abused to protect bot-leaders etc.

 

This way it will get actual players punished if 3rd party software is used to enter given end-game instances and the clan will be lost due to such actions.

best would be just insta ban at IP level and historical login information of found associated accounts but it would be a nice touch to add the above limitations on top as well so folks will really think twice before using 3rd party soft or clickers etc.

I would take this one step farther and do IP ban, MAC address ban and HWID ban. HWID is a lot harder to fake than a IP ban, MAC address is easy to change but most people don't think about it but I would do it just as icing on the cake and insult to injury. 

With the new 10 minute cooldown on Clan detagging this would just introduce clan hopping and using alt clan clan leaders to enter dragons instead, so honestly nothing would change.
