Item grade /grade penalty

I still cant figure out what is the point of items to have grades and grade expertise to be removed ? Just to make the game unbalanced ? Isnt it ridiculous to use A,B,C grade gear at lvl 1 ? Where is the fun of doing 20+ lvl raids with A weapons ? Is this  crap done only to provoke starter players  buy items from L2store sell them for adena to buy B grade,or maybe buy adena from bots swarming every hunting zone and illeagaly sell adena ? All this leads me to the thought that these bots are owned or protected by NC staff . Removing expertise is a big breach in the hull of this already sinking ship called 'Classic' .....im leaving the ship,have fun drowning :))))))

you think thats bad they added a buff scroll that makes you basically unkillable  thats past pay2win.
