Random raid/instances.

There is 1 big problem - after maintenance in wednesdays - after server ON most rb/instances, faktions rb are killed by top gamers (nolifers - and yes they not have jobs) in 5-10 min. People who have jobs and etc - not have any chance to kil this rb - because  simple - they not exist in playable time. My propose all this rb spawn time random in 0-24h after server restart - that all people have chance to kil even simple faction rb or etc..

Simple idea - game must to be not just for no lifers.
