L2 Team Juji Posted September 23, 2019 L2 Team Share Posted September 23, 2019 Character Creation has been disabled since 9/18 and will be re-enabled after the maintenance on 9/25. If we see any additional issues with server capacity or severe latency, then character creation will be disabled again.
