While it may seem harmless for you to create accounts for other users, these accounts are being used for malicious means. In turn, this puts you and your personal game accounts at risk for closure. Please understand that it is a direct violation of our user agreement to create accounts for other individuals, except in the case of a parent or guardian creating an account for their child.
