how to do noblesse quest?

how to do noblesse quest?  i cannot find any info on this.  i went to aden, Tarti, Talien nothing works.  My alt clan, lowly Lv.105 dominator toon need to start Exalted-1 quest and he's not even noblesse.and I'm at loss for words.

I check all wikis and google, nothing.  Anyone?  Please be specific about town and NPC name so we can begin this.  This Lv.105 Dominator main has a 85 dualclass.

Maybe removed? Many quests have been removed from the game, for example kartia, pagans temple, dimensional rift, seal of shilen, cemetery and so on. I loved them, and I played there all the time. Now, after the update, I play less. Some friends stopped of playing for the same reason.  .

There is no specific quest, It is part of 3 rd tarti quest...when you finish lvl 100&1000 mobs in BS they will port you inside water queen and you get nobless.
You have to do all 3 quests, first go on main state in gludio and take first from Tarti.

No, degamad.  Lionell in Heine is for Exalted-1 quest when you are Noble already.

Question here is: if you're not Noble, how to get Noble certification?

@TheThrax thank you, your instruction to START with NPC TARTI in Gludio is SPOT ON!!!  and really helped me.

Today I completed 200 mobs quests, then 500 mobs quests and finally 1000 mobs quests.  After doing all 3, I was able to get Noblesse to BEGIN Exalted1 @ Lioinell in Heine.

Roger That! I got the two quests confused.... I am a total noob i really have no reason to be giving out advise in this game. sorry im a bit drunk.
