if im lvl 105 i can use weapon r110 and armor ?

is no lvl penalty ?

or do i have penalty ? can someone explain, pls

There is no penalty. You can even start a new lvl 1 toon & equip it with R110 gear without a penalty.

I have been told that if you are not level 110, it will penalize you. If you are not 110 you must have the enchanted being at +10 and the weapon at +10 so you don't get penalized. It's what they told me.

That's completely false. There is no restriction anymore, you can literally use R110 gear on lv1 toon.

That is perfect to know! Then I no longer spend tuning an Eternal! I better just put it blessed and change it for the R110.

This depends, upgrading R99 to R110 ain't exactly cheap and the difference, specially on the armors isn't so drastic. If you can afford it though, sure go for it.

The weapons are much more worth it upgrading imo.

I bout R110 weapon and the cost is actually lower than the current prices for r99 weapons
