Im unsure the situation in Chronos but in Naia at least there is now a chronic lack of all types of freya rose/ice rose/paagrio buffs and we desperatly need an event with a huge injection of these into the server being as we dont have premium/cafe point access to them as in other servers. I don't think you can buy Ice Rose or Paagrio for PA on Core, only normal PA Rose, which is just a normal one.
