WataMalon Posted December 30, 2019 Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hi I have a dwarf character which is level 38 now. I am trying to do the quest level 35 - Mark of the Guildsman. It is supposed that I will be able to take quest from Valkon, Giran However, I came there I've gotten the message: "You are either not on a quest that involves this NPC, or don't meet this NPC's minimum quest requirements".
