Bushm Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 Soul Roar skill is bugged. Lvl 2/3 gives the same bonus as lvl 1, just the mana requirement increases. Either that, or just the visual description is bugged and is showing lvl 1 bonuses for levels 2 and 3, but from what I can tell, lvl 2 for sure doesn't give 25% HP increase at it should.
