C grd weapon gone

Hi i played in adena server before i decided to continue playing but when i loged i saw my wpn is gone in all accounts can u explain how it hapened

The initial weapons ? the "D" grade weapons when start the game?

if the weapons you say are these, these initials weapons expire in 15 days when you get them.
