Heaven enchant scrolls (HEWR/HEAR) - Wrong Description

Description on scrolls:

HEWR: "...Cannot use on regular weapons above +12 and magic weapons above +7..."

HEAR:  "...Cannot use on regular armors above +7..."

 

I don't know if i am understanding the word "above" (>) wrong but:

- HEWR can be used up to +11 regular weapons and +6 magic weapons, in order to safely enchant to +12 and +7, respectively.

- HEAR can be used up to +6 on armors, in order to safely enchant to +7.

 

Never used HEAR in the past and I had the misfortune to learn a rather expensive lesson.
