You're probably talking about the default getaway (local) NOT the IPs which are all different among them.. Otherwise.. ip conflict.. Now if it's 3pcs per public ip (what nc wants), well, gl with that.

Now is the time to bring people back and grow the server. Many are at home, playing. Logical! With that the long wait in line to play. But instead of improving the game and looking at all the complaints, so that those players who are returning do not leave anymore, or that a large part remains, you prefer not to do anything. I really don't understand what you want, because money doesn't seem to need it.

So many hunting places to improve, xp, currency, events, instances. A game so big and with so many possibilities to make it more fun for players, and that undoubtedly favors your pocket.

@Juji Just a observation. You always say like 4 hours and change for the updates but if i look back. They never have been within that time limit. Restart and stuff sometimes.

Have you guys ever think of a test  server before such a big patch.

Yes this costs money and you have to explain it to the higher up. this is the easy part, make analysis of how much nccoin you usually sell after such a big patch (people are eager to play and pay). Take the average of that and per hour and explain how much they are loosing per hour the game is not up. Thinking it is easily a couple thousand dollars. AWS cloud server cost less than that and price is based on the load you use.

Second part talk to your devs (meaning the people who make the game coding wise). if they say everytime 4 hours and they fail everyime to do that because of 'unforseen' some reflection is in place. But since the game is so old and the dev crew is probably used to doing things their way it might be a though talk. 

l2 is a good game, you just need to get things for a nice smooth cicd deployment and QA. moeny can be saved and money can be made  with this,

can u extend server boost setting to one more week?

if u compare server boost setting and none ,u will notice that a lot more people 

gonna bought  big vitality pack and etc

specially so many people at home because of corona virus and stay home order

this is momentum u guys have and extend server setting will benefit both of company and players

don't just let it go for one week and give coupon next week

just extend one more week and give anniversary stuff next so it don't drop

Where is your proof of this?  I have 99 kids in the family and each owns a Alienware Gaming Behemoth with RTX2080, I should be able to run 297 clients behind 1 IP.  So start showing some proof with the 1 IP bull crap.  Better yet, show me on a technical level (you're talking to a CCIE Voice engineer here) how you would go about blocking 4th client on a single iP?  What if that IP is spooked, proxied and/or masked?  If you don't even know what I am asking, then the Answer is Your A Fake News. :)

I have 20 kids with the same hardware, but they run the same amount of clients than yours :D

I am a huge fan of VLANs & NAS:D
