SpoiledBratt Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 While attempting to complete the Quarrells Time quest I was told by imJake that the rooms for the quest were off limits 24/7except to certain adena miners. Is that true? If so why have a quest that uses those mobs.
