RodrigoBran
"Except where regulated or restricted by law, the Lineage II 16th Anniversary Screenshot Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and the United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), who are the age of majority or older (18 years of age in most jurisdictions) as of the date of entry." 1. Are South American players, mostly Brazilian, and Latin Americans, excluded from participating in the Screnchot contest? 2. Aren't these players helping to maintain the servers, both classic and awakening? 3. These excluded players, who also help in the growth and spread of Lineage 2, and in the purchase of Ncoin. Why are they being excluded? This act by the NCsoft NA team. It is a cowardly act with players from other continents. It is disrespectful to veteran players, with more than 10 years playing Lineage 2. An absurd lack of sensitivity on the part of the team of administrators. It's as if you guys from NCsoft NA don't give a shit about us players from other continents. Thank you for telling us how important we are to Lineage 2. mixa
This is normal legal stuff to cover perennial non NA countries laws being applied. You can still participate and win the reward. They have the right to deny you that reward even if you're US citizen.
