Cudez Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 I think its a mask and not a circlet cause it says in site that You can equip it with your Circlet of Power. Anywho: I Dont think we will be seeing many lvl4 Masks cause the upgrade requirement is insane (for example you need 40 insanity talismans for one 30% chance try when upgrading).
