Live Server Maintenance: Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 5 a.m. PDT / 7 a.m. CDT / 8 a.m. EDT / 2 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

  • Standard database maintenance and application restarts will be performed.
  • Improved the attack logic when hunting with dual weapons (Dualswords, Dual Blunt, Dual Daggers, Fist Weapons) to help reduce the latency delay for melee classes.
  • Modified the rules for flagging as chaotic so any attack will be considered PvP if the attacked player's name was in purple status at the time of being attacked while turning back to white at the moment of death. NOTE: PK item drops/destruction will NOT be enabled. Items will NOT be dropped or destroyed if you are killed while chaotic with +4 PKs.
  • The Night Market coins can still be exchanged at the Dimensional Merchant for one week and will be deleted during the maintenance next week.
  • The Artifacts of Power will be available in the L2 Store for one week.
  • The 16th Anniversary Bonus Pack coupon code will expire.
  • The 16th Anniversary consumable event items below will be deleted:
    • Shining Dragon Attribute Tonic (XP) - Event
    • Freya's Ice Rose - Event
    • 16th Anniversary Guardian Angel Juju Agathion Charm
    • Freya's Scroll of Storm - Event
    • Honey Dark Beer - Event
    • Shining Dragon Attribute Tonic (XP) - Event
    • 16th Anniversary Lilly’s Special Transformation Candy

so much contour in the problems of the game, that soon they will have to redo the game;

If i read it correctly this wont fix the force pk problem. They bring a toon pk near you and when u cast and aoe attack, they somehow remove the karma before ur skill finish casting but the game doesn't realize it, so even though its name is white u kill the toon and get yourself karma.

Which u can fix it easily by changing the pk toon name to purple after removing karma instead of white.

Sounds like instead of classifying a hit as PVP or PK by the flagged/unflagged status of the target when the hit lands it will be classified by the status when the hit is cast, so that if a prospective scammer changes his or her status during casting the caster does not gain a PK count.

read like 10 time to make it clear
The example
P1 its on auto macro, and not flagged, P2 agro P1 to attack P2, and both get flagged, and the P2 go white but P1 not, and start attack p2, the system, on p1 stay pvp stat, and not pk, till flag cleaned. the stat its stay on pvp stat even if 1 toon go to white.
Pk stat only start if 1 toon was white before and stay as white when died, am i right?

Ammmm you guys aware that also single weapons user like tyrrs have this lag issue right???!!!
