Physical defense stat keeps changing

Im a dual tyrr dreadnought, I used  abilities points and dual cert point to increase my physical defense but it keeps changing between 13k and 17k with the same buff. Im really confused, is it a bug?

you might have some trigger skills, or maybe you use different consumables, when you log check also your passive skills, sometimes they are bugged and you will need to relog so it all starts working normally
