Weapon and armor set restriction grade

I´m new in the server, 

The restriction for weapons and armor set was eliminated???

I´m lvl 39, can I use a armor set and weapon grade A?

Is there another important difference whit L2 ?

Yes, you can use any grade on any level without restrictions.

Yes, you can use any grade at any lvl. Also all weapons use same soulshots, just with different amount per hit.
