An item is supposed to be restored only once, but before listening to the others ppl and then enchanted, you must always ask before NC soft, to found out if your object is eligible or not !

Thanks !

wrong again:

  • The item has not been restored by the NCSOFT Support Team in the last 90 days, this includes restorations performed on another account or character.
  • Compound/Enchant Fail Restorations are limited to 1 per category per 6 month period.
    • Weapon/ Accessory/ Armor/ Soul Crystal

so, every 6 months you can try again.

@Juji @Hime  Any update on the progress?

Players are still abusing the restoration and ruining the game. Players like us who pay thousands of dollars every event in hope of getting good items and never got it for years. But there are MANY who are just abusing the system to make those end game items super easy for $0. And these items are IMPOSSIBLE for us to make without abusing the system even we spent thousands of dollars and can't event reach 1/10 of it

There are so many items that players have been abusing: armor sets, weapons, dragon jewels, shilen soul crystal, legendary cloak, agathions, and many others

There are so many of them that we need to catch all and reverse it (not just shilen crystal)

Many top players are quitting because of this. They spend tons of $$ on events for nothing while sitting here watching others come out with all those lvl 10, +20, +30 end game items out of nowhere without having to spend a dime. And those players are still continuing abusing it with no worry at all. And those items are ruining the game big time because it's ridiculously strong

Please reverse those items asap. those abusing players are cashing out selling all their abused items because they worry it will get reversed

Please give us an answer

Follow

[Updated 08/24/2020] If you wish to request a Consumed Item Restoration, an Item Refund, an Item Resealing, an Enchant Fail Restoration, or an Item Transfer, we may be able to help based on the eligibility criteria below.

Please note, it's important to send your request to our support team as early as possible. If too much time has passed between the in-game event you are reporting about and your request, we may not be able to assist.

Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the below Restoration Tokens system, and read the eligibility criteria for your request before you create it.

Restoration Tokens:

  • Each NCSOFT account is granted 3 Lineage II restoration tokens twice per calendar year (3 tokens on January 1st, and 3 tokens on July 1st). These tokens do not carry over. When you receive your new tokens, all unused tokens are removed from your account. Tokens can be used for any request falling into the below restoration categories.
  • Each item or item stack restored, resealed or transferred uses 1 restoration token. The NCSOFT Support Team will let you know how many restoration tokens will be used, and how many will remain on your account before making any changes to it.
  • If an item is not eligible for a restoration, the NCSOFT Support Team will let you know in response to your request.
  • The NCSOFT Support Team reserves the right to make exceptions depending on the context of the request, and the standing of the requester's account.
  • The NCSOFT Support Team reserves the right to deny a restoration/resealing/transfer request, even if the item was eligible to be restored/resealed/transferred in the past.

Eligibility:

  • Consumed Items Restoration:
    • The item was consumed no longer than 7 days before you created your request.
    • You have enough restoration tokens on your account (one for each item or item stack).
    • Certain consumables are not eligible to be restored. The NCSOFT Support Team will let you know if your item is eligible to be restored in response to your request.
  • Item Refund:
    • The item was purchased from NPCs no longer than 30 days before you created your request
    • The item was purchased from NPCs using but not limited to Adena and Event currencies.
    • The item must not be broken, consumed or altered.
    • You have enough restoration tokens on your account(one of each item).
    • Certain items are not eligible for refund. The NCSOFT Support Team will let you you know if your item is eligible to be refunded in response to your request
  • Item Resealing:
    • The item was unsealed no longer than 7 days before you created your request.
    • You have enough restoration tokens on your account (one for each item).
    • Certain items are not eligible to be resealed. The NCSOFT Support Team will let you know if your item is eligible to be resealed in response to your request.
  • Compound/Enchant Fail Restoration:
    • The item compound/enchant failed no longer than 7 days before you created your request.
    • The item will be restored to its previous state but any costs associated with upgrading/compounding will not be restored (Adena/Soul Crystals).
    • The item must be destroyed due to upgrade or enchantment. Downgraded items are not eligible.
    • You have enough restoration tokens on your account (one for each item).
    • Certain items are not eligible to be restored. The NCSOFT Support Team will let you know if your item is eligible to be reversed in response to your request.
    • Attempts to alter the item in any way in order to bypass restoration limits will result in a sanction on your account and any other account involved.
  • Item Transfer:
    • The item was obtained no longer than 90 days before you created your request.
    • The characters must be on the same account.
    • You have enough restoration tokens on your account (one for each item).

The restore turns out to have been abused several times, passing items from account to account. The start of the topic on this flaw is August 4, and the event had started on April 29 so over a period of less than 6 months, so nothing wrong "false" on what i said !

Thanks !

 I reformulate !

It's a tackle with NC soft, irony, you didn't understand the subtlety.

when i say an item was supposed (to consider something as true) to be restored only once, that means 1 only times the same item per account, but an incalculable number of times and in less than 6 months, by exploiting the flaw. I ended up "always asking NC soft" because by exploiting the flaw NC soft will not say no (humor).

You got it ?

Thanks !

Hi all,

Thats a typical L2 problem, the players that was not smart enough to find the weakpoint in the system are unhappy.
Its realy sad to see players cry about it.... and want NC to take actions against those players....

NC should do smothing but that is before launce or add something "think about it, test it and then try to abuse it" if its save! add it into game.
Now all i see is toxic community is crying to handless GM's that have no clue about there product.

It would be intersting to know if you only cry becouse you not "abused" it ureself becouse you aint foundout or had no balls to do so.

  • L2 Team

Hello All,

We have taken action against the accounts we found to be abusing our restoration policy.

The policy has also been updated today with new restrictions in place starting immediately to prevent any further abuse. Any other reports you have of players trying to abuse the policy should be reported via a support ticket and not on the forums as we must prohibit public accusations.

Thank You!
