As you written in past when this promo 1st come, These cloaks replace free clan cloaks in NCWest. So for the hell why are so expensive by the low chance to enchant it? Is not problem to pay for it but why i can not enchant it more as +6? After 2x promos i have cloak +1 with more as 200 enachants spend!!!!! This is thiefery nothing more!! On +7 start i thing normal usefull stats for regular players. So please change probability and increase chance up to 7 or 10. You ain't a normal player, just another random that is trying to compensate his lack of game skill with RMT. Actually I believe what you deserve is what you get. Here's an idea for you, next 200 euro you spend on ncoin - sell them (I'm sure you've already done that xD) and save up to eventually buy the cloak that you want from those who have been lucky and sell them. Totally unfair prices/chance omg !!!, nc wtf is happen with this company? . Ppl want make some of these items but have no way to make adena in game, and all is included in store and I feel like there is no progression in the game to improve the char , and how can we obtain all ingame if this things just drop from store? This game is really going from bad to worse. Exist 1 thing that all company needs to learn, if product is good and bring fun to the ppl , this product earn auto valorization by ppl that buys it, and that happens here is NC is trying elevate prices by themselfs of things in a 14 years old game just to maintain an "value status" thats already lose times ago, ppl already know it and getting sick with this auto-self-iflation method. If it can get more profit if it wsa a deffrent setup . probably yes. But a different setup cost all kind of resource so many time you just sell fast what you have with more pure profit . Secondly, I really doubt, that for example, if you would have gone to a casino and spend money there, you would complain in the end that they stole money from you and call them thieves. I tried enchanting .. also some of my pals invested like 30-50 b adena! For such amount of adena you can make much better upgrades to your hero! Imho this is the best videogame I have ever played but I don't want to sell my house or my car for pixels that neutron may erase from one day to another. To the ones that still want to play this game the are two possible ways. 1st one buy an account like Aizen did, and does, with all on it and begin to pvp first on the forums then, once x year, in the game but only if you can do something more than punching credit card numbers on your keyboard. When I was used to play L2 the GMs were used to ban whoever bought accounts before the buyer was even able to log in. But hey this is Neutron's era ... who cares? Go where you know check the price pay enjoy. You don't even need to do quests ... just pay pvp cash out. There are a ton of 105 toons with all the things you need already on them for a ridicolous price because, lets be honest, this is a 12 year old game. And the best thing is that everyone knows it. 2nd one convert a ton of real money into a ton of adena through events like jewels or baits then buy what you need from other players like jewels lvl 4-5 cloaks everything. Don't never ever spend your real money on enchanting, augmenting and the like. The more you fail the more Neutron gains. To Munch. You are right bro. But lets say the things as they are. If you see a shop with a large "BAR" on it and you enter you were expecting to buy a beer for a couple of bucks. NCWest Bar doesn't work that way. You enter you ask for a beer you give to them your bucks but they give you a ticket that gives you the chance to have a beer, in another korean universe. How is it possible that no one has sued them for unauthorized international online gambling untill now it will remain a mistery to me, and to every lawyer from all around the world. Before Aizen can reply with his nonsense 10 years old bs ... man to me you are the worst cheater in the videogame history. Hats off. You made the right move where all the odds where against you. You bought multiple accounts and instead of beeing banned like you should have been in every other videogame community you are cheered in here as an hero and, worst of all, you think to be an hero without realizing you are the cheaters' hero. As a new/returning player there is no way at all to gear up with an r grade armor set and weapon without spending 50 bucks. Open steam and you can notice that with 50 bucks you can buy 10 2003 games, all dlcs included. This is only the first step. The more you play L2 the more you get involved the more you spend the more you get addicted. You don't want to loose the time and money you have put in l2 so you keep spending time and money like an eroine drugged dude. To gear up with an r 95 armor set and weapon you will need 300 to 500 bucks. If you want 5 lvl 4 jewels you will need another 800 bucks=1300 bucks. If you dare to reach lvl 101 you will need another 1000 bucks for a +10 and a +10 blessed apo weapon=2300 bucks only to get kicked from lvl 100 istances because you are - underleveled - undergeared If you want to pvp first you have to lvl up to 104 = another 1000 bucks= 3300 bucks then 2000 for a +10 dark and a + 12 dark weap= 5500 bucks. You can buy neutron's family with 5500 bucks or 110 2017 brand new games. I haven't listed cloacks, dyes, epic jewels, insanity, abundance. With that amount of money you can buy neutron's wife or the entire steam library. If you feel happy to play a dead game that will be shutted down in 2018 to finance dead emo games like mxm, sorry you have some serious mental illness. If you are trying to say to me that you have geared up spending 12 years of your life in front of a monitor the things are getting really serious. Call your doctor please before it's too late. Sorry I can't spend 16 hours x day of my life in front of a monitor. I hope neutron is paying you to play this "game". My actual wife said that with the money I spent for my 104 pixel toon we could have rent a space shutte and its crew and go on saturn for our honeymoon. Don't know if is true or not but for sure I could have rent a sojutz and go to the internation orbital space station twice.
