Saphron Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Hi, Yesterday I tried to upgrade my clan from level 2 to level 3. This was at the NPC "Maximillian" in Giran. He took my "100 Proof of Blood" and my "100,000 Skill points" and my clan did not level up. I go back to him and he says I don't have the requirements to upgrade (I no longer have the required PoB).
