I got disconnected while my connection was working just fine, then i cant relog. I restart my router, now every box shows something completely different and even skips macro use (have set with delay). Now i get these lag spikes while my internet connection speed is stable, is it maybe L2 servers? I'm sure a lot of people can relate to that.
