Permanent Melee lag is the end of TYR

The delay in the autoattack of the TYR/ISS/ is impressive and revolting.
Castilla's time ends what never happened (even on auto) and this is not only spoiling the gameplay of the TYR or ISS (melee classes) but it simply ended their opportunities to take advantage of this month's XP event.

I compared My attack with a Video of an ISS with LESS 1300 attack speed, from the European server, and this ISS comes to give twice as many attacks.

The difference is absurd

A really bad situation that has been going on for months!  The NC should take precautionary action! @Juji  is there any way to explain this failure?
