NC does not care (moreover, they clearly state they do not care in their EULA). Also, it is very simple problem to solve. XIGNCODE3 (so-called anti-cheat software built-in into client) detects all bots and does report it back to NC. They have a dashboard which tells them precisely how many people are using bot and who those people are. They just don't give a <expletive> about this. All they care is income people generate on p2w items.
