They did not increase the xp value granted by each mob you kill. What they did was reduce the xp needed to level up, which in practical terms is the same. how that is displayed in the game I have no idea. The only thing I can think of is that you level up when you reach, for example, 80, 85, xx%, which is impossible. Quite a mystery.

Leveling  is based on accumulate some XP quantity.
The % bar shows your progress in some interval, if this interval was reduced the progress by mob (in %) should be bigger than the previous.
They mentioned that progress requirement from 101 to 110 was decreased.
If this benefit was not distributed among all level Intervals not all 101-110 players were benefited, so why to announce this level range?
People told me that 106-107 still the same kinda downer.

I am 111 and I tested the XP rate before and after the update. I saw no difference. In fact, after the update I leveled about 3% slower. My tests are usually pretty consistent so I was quite surprised. I'll have to calculate the actual XP to get 100% xp.

I was 110 and 61% before the change and 110 and 61% after the change. So the XP wall couldn't have changed all that much for that level.  Would have been nice if it did.

If you did your research, you'll find that a huge chunk of xp was removed from everyone to keep the same % after the tables adjust.

they never said ur % would move, they only said they will Reduce the XP needed to lvl up, means u'll get more % from mobs since u need less xp to lvl up ..
