When its an xp bonus server setting its on the base, so is the party hunting bonus. Its applied to the mob not the player. +300% vit is a boost on the player. Thought buying the pack but because your question I checked l2wiki and found this: Freya's Vital Rune RU30-day If stored in the inventory, increases Bonus XP gain in Vitality state by 50% (excludes boss monsters) and decreases Vitality Consumption Spd. by 15%. I find odd they get a better talisman then us but I just saw it on the bottom of the page no clarification which server it is for. Upgrading Venir’s Talisman Players can purchase a Venir’s Talisman Lv. 1 at the L2 Coin Shop for 1,500,000 Adena. To upgrade your Venir’s Talisman, compound it with Venir’s Talisman Fragment to upgrade to the next stage. There are 24 Venrir’s Talisman levels and with that 5 safe levels can be reached. Any upgrades that fail will consume the Venir’s Talisman Fragment and reset the Venir’s Talisman back to the specified level below. When an APP is used on an item with a modified Appearance, the pre-existing APP is over-written... it does not matter if either APP is temporary, when a temporary APP expires the Item will become unmodified, stock appearance.
