Interesting glassdoor reviews may explain some things.

Was checking out an employee review site, and it had some interesting reviews by employees about "____".

Here are a few cons listed:

(To be fair there were Pro's about how good of a place it is to work also.)

BUT...

 

Cons

- No control over the products they support, everything must get approval from HQ (Korea)

- Korea out of touch with the Western market (no surprise) and pushes updates that clearly will not hit with Western audiences

- Incompetent/uninformed decision making, unwillingness to push back against HQ

 

There were more but i feel these highlight other players general feeling about the atmosphere of the game.

Do you really need a Glassdoor review to know that NcSoft is out of touch with the Western market? This has been going on for at least 10 years now since Goddess update.
