Over-Enchanting

I am wondering how people are so lucky in their enchanting. I see players with +10 and higher weapons and armor all over the place and I haven't ever been able to get higher than +5. There's got to be some trick or something that I do not know about. can anyone fill me in?

They are not lucky. They invest money to pay for all the items they destroyed to get the items you finally end up seeing. You just don't see the failed attempts.

Also most of those items are made using Stable Enchant Scrolls. When failing an enchant while using those scrolls item doesnt get destroyed and enchant level remains. Of course they are very expensive.
