Their answer was kinda, "Discuss at the forum. We're supports, not devs": "... has been removed on or prior to the Winter of War update. While we do get why you'd like to have your items unsealed, the Game Support Team does not offer such a service at this time. For now, we can only encourage you to share your feedback or request for the addition of this feature through the game forums where they can be read by other players and the development team firsthand.https://forums.lineage2.com/ We hope for your understanding on this matter....."
