2 weeks on 1 support ticket when I gave up and asked for the manager's email, the response was like, we understand your frustration, we are looking into this matter.  That's not at all what I asked, 2 more times I ask to talk to some1 higher, crickets!  I pm juji, ask for a better email, nothing!  I search around for a few email addresses I could reach out to and received no reply from them.   Any one know how to reach higher ups?
