Give us back Lady luck

@Juji Fix this , the whole l2 is about to enchant system and at current rates  its barely possible to go more than  +2  on items without lady luck triggers.  Give back previous rates of it .

Enchanting has become absolutely 0 fun. Before it was fun knowing there was a chance for a luck proc, now it's you better hope the enchant succeeds because you're screwed if it doesn't. Trash enchanting system NC...

you are destroing the game , stop messing with the rates,   now lady luck never shows when enchanting omg u really want ppl get tired of this game with all the crap u do, restore rates es they were,

defiantly needs to be fixed... Ncsoft, do you even read and take into account updates to the game when you nerf stuff... you just unreduced the collection system, and before the nerf this stuff in the collection system was FAR OUT, multiple +20 weapons and high enchanted jewelry to consume or same as crush... how do we get these items if enchanting is impossible past +3? come on....
