Você acha que é fácil para alguém cortar um habbit de 15 anos que lhe deu alegria naquela época? nem todos podem fazer isso. Levei algum tempo para entender isso anos atrás. ou que tal as pessoas que gastam 10-20-50k no jogo? quem é você para dizer a eles para desistir? eles gastam o suficiente aqui * de boa vontade * para comprar um carro ou uma casa em certos países. 

O que as pessoas exigem é um serviço que funcione, não ter lag não é loucura, principalmente quando você PAGA por isso. E as pessoas não apenas começaram a ser rudes, mas acabaram sendo rudes e condescendentes depois de meses sendo ignoradas. Pior ainda de ser enganado. "estamos investigando" "esperamos notícias da Coreia" e de alguma forma, depois de cada conserto, as coisas pioraram. 

Sobre os jogadores que compartilham a culpa, claro, posso concordar com isso, mas 75%? não, de jeito nenhum. POLICIE SEU PRODUTO. PROTEJA SEU PRODUTO. APLIQUE SUAS REGRAS JUSTAMENTE. MANTENHA SEUS CLIENTES, SUA FONTE DE RECEITA FELIZES. É responsabilidade do NC manter as regras que eles estabelecem. Por que você acha que eles não proíbem as pessoas? porque eles não estão incomodados? ou eles são desse tipo? Eles baniram alguém de um grande clã em Chronos por explorar um bug em um cerco que eles não consertaram por meses. Do que o clã que jogou milhares a cada mês e em retaliação, todos eles migraram para o Core. Você tem ideia da receita perdida? 

 

First of all, you don't pay to play, the game is free, if you buy items with real money, it has nothing to do with paying to play.
Second: You mentioned that people don't want to be rude because they end up being due to years without answers, but tell me, are you getting your answers with these attitudes? No, then, what's the use?

People spend 20 30 50k because they WANT to, there is no GM going to their house pointing a gun at each person’s head for money in the game
Silence? As well, they even switched servers to try to improve this lag ... they are constantly being maintained, you are being heard, they are trying, but they still haven't found the solution. And that is part of it.

And please, don't use the past as an argument, at the time it was paid for, the past was in the past. It was good times, really, but now, it's no longer
As I mentioned earlier, there are reasons why these problems are happening and there are also solutions. I hope that the company can be rigid to give up a little money so that it can improve in these aspects and without a doubt, ban ALL that break the rules, either by macro or by bot or by boxmaxlimit

@Laykeyayou go back 2 -3 years you will see different behaviour in forum, not this angry rants. you will see even posts asking for feedback. did you see any response to all the threads? did you see 1 response in the 15 pages of player feedback? did you see 1 of the repeating problems being acknowledged, addressed, or solved? 

there is no use in this attitude, the attitude of users is because of the indifference of NC. you do not just see the result and say why you act like this, try check the cause of this attitude. 

no one is forcing you to pay, that is a fact. they just rigged the game so that is impossible to move forward without paying. How you get cloak? artifacts? la Vie jewels? you can do a quest? maybe farm a spot? even if somehow you farm the adenas to buy them from other players, someone paid real money to get them in the server. try farm 110+ area without some items. So no, not forced at all.  

lastly as for the solutions and the things they try, you see any post (excluding today) that says what they try? on the other hand you see people suggesting solutions w/o response from NC. Now, if some representative informed the community: We hear you, see the problems you say you have, we try to fix using A, B and C method, people would not feel neglected and would not be so upset.

@Laykeyaold times was not an argument, it was an example. Some1 pays 15-30 euros per month, has certain expectations of service. Some1 pays *voluntarily* 1000 euros per month, has different expectations and demands of service.

10% off all items sounds reasonable, until a solution can be achieved.

 

@Juji when you say hardware, are you just pumping up the server plan or are you also taking a look at the AWS network?
