How to fix WinLicense Window?

One friend have the same problem, after the update could not reconnect, i do the following:
install windows again (windows 10 version 20H2 v2)
install only windows updates
download and install L2 and nothing .. keeps getting the same error
WinLicence.

and ncsoft is never guilty of anything, it is always our computers and the internet

any solution?

My Windows has license 100%... 

I don't even know what is this...

I reinstalled launcher, deleted ans updated system folder. Nothing changed. 

They "updated" launcher, but made it useless... Maybe year ago I asked about keeping tokens into it not logins like now. And more of them, not only 5... Enable-disable two factors authentication.. Nothing... 

They added Europe region and there is no L2 option.... OMFG... I pay Destiny+events and these guys do something useless...  LOL

Ok, I'll take a break here, but let me finish runes.

This is a problem with Themida or WinLicense, or both.

This is a protection technology Lineage II uses for some of its binaries, you can read more at Oreans Technologies : Software Security Defined.

@Excommunicated When you get the "WinLicense" message box, can you please focus on the window, press "CTRL+C" to copy it and create a new Pastebin with the information you copied please? I may be able to help.

I already tried everything I could do and nothing solved it

scan files
reinstall l2
antivirus exception
repair windows
update windows
format pc
start game as administrator
disable startup processes
disable all microsoft services
cmd
etc etc

This may be an awkward question but please give it a try.

Make sure your time and date is correct.

Disable Windows Firewall from advanced firewall options for all profiles.

Try another DNS such as 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google).

Try a VPN from USA.

I've changed country in the settings, tried via vpn (usa adress) , disabled antivirus... etc.. and all I wrote before
