I remember once there had been price reduction (halved to the current) to learn these skills.

Consider please this event option in future, as well as the learning of the "expand"-type skills.

Price is not the problem, the problem is that those skills are completely joke like lvl5 and lvl6 gives SAME p.atk but you have to spend 3bil to learn it. Just why? Why?...  This is a legit proof they make stuff like this so you spend more and more $$$$ to afford stuff. And then clowns keep saying "im supporting ncsoft bc they have such nice customer service".
