Cloak Success Rates

For the record...... The cloak success rates in the game are HORRIBLE!!!!!  A bit crazy to think you can buy 300 scrolls and come out it with a +1 cloak.....

And if you do that math....... 10 scrolls =  962 NC Coins.......

just do what everyone else buying ncoin do, get the stuff that sells, like cakes during a xp event, sell them and buy what you need with the adena, in your case an already enchanted cloak, cus it was already hard to enchant stuff in the game and when they changed lady luck, it became even worst. Good luck enchanting hehe

It is indeed the cheapest way, but who will provide new cloaks (+10/+15) in futur if the rates are bad? Only people spending thousands of dollars.

my guess is +7 / +10 / +15 / +18 / +20 will be super rewards for a loot box eventually.

To get a +15 or higher cloak, you need to wait for some1 w/ one to quit, at the rate we are going, the market will be flooded in a week or 2.
