I have tried prestige pack with destiny pack 400% drop rates , most of the day as othell classes..i get 6 scrolls..per day, bad times of the day was 2 or none..in primeval isle.

Storm isle? 40 millions adena after bought prestige pack and with iss dominator buffs out of party per one hour entry of storm isle

Field of crisis? i get 30-40 boxes maximum..every one hour entry..and it gives shit..most of the day...one month maximum i can get is 2 forgotten chapter 1 or artifact crystal 2 in each month.

Lara event? 7 toon but ended up ..total profit less than 5 billion adena

Selling chest? 1 ncoins = 4.67 m? this is so shit...fail investment

Let's talk about side income, i running storm isle with 1 billion adena profit or 2 billion adena profit per day..and all went to enchanting skills items and so on..and all went poop... and this is the only time i am happy..while i can help other players EXP and get myself some adena but i cant do it everyday due to lack of stamina during EXP event.

 

Well, things is supposely to be simple..This game should be making Win Win situation..but currently is not...people was hoping Investing gear or time on lineage2 and ncoins wanted to get paid for game currency..and that is Good Drops which is the only reason for attracting players to play this game.

Let 's say i am investing more than 100 billion adena, cant i get paid of 10 billion adena at least from this game ?

It is like last hope that i can do...but after tried 3x of 4000 ncoins...puh...that  was too hard for asians like me...i get less than 10 billion adena return after selling all stuffs by opening chest!

According to my experiences, i wont scroll from Top rewards,

i will use my mouse to scroll from bottom of bad rewards until Best reward which gives Dragon Weapons.

In conclusions, This is what i think>> Never ever investing chest if the Worst rewards is not what i wanted..because i wont think of getting dragon weapons..unless i have a 3K USD to spend...

I believed this is what most of players think, bad events , everytime if a new event comes out...NCSOFT doing it again and again...

the game is not really designed to xp without a bloody rune and bloody weapon.  thats easily 30-40% dmg you are missing.

 

what skill macro are you using?  which othel are you?  whats your AP in?

 

it sounds like you have no la vie upgrades past the free ones.  A ruby 4/5 and red cat 4/5 would be insanely powerful on you.  I am unsure if your artifacts are +0 or +'s up, but if +0, thats a limiting factor definitely.

It is true as an othell to effectively farm it takes greater than 1.5T in gear, as an othell I can attest to this.

NCsoft has options here to keep their player base happy. My suggestions are:
1. Nerf of low level IoS was wrong for low players to obtain adena, and should be reversed
2. Claws... right now it's COMPLETELY unbalanced/unfair with people running programs to enter dragons, (NCsoft you know who they are.....) it's completely impossible for any other players to enter. I suggest they add to Dragon Valley and Fafurion Dragon Claws to drop system, even if 1:500,000 kills to allow all players access to these items. If you like to prevent farming unethecially, add the same limitation you have for Ether.. only 1 per week, as a suggestion, even at that would take me a year to get stg 2.
3. Removal of Blessing jewels to get god material should be re-added to game so all have a chance to make God jewels. 
4. I think current drop rates for storm, PI etc are adequate. And the adjustments to Low level IoS would solve peoples gear problem in time in a balanced manner.
5. Bloods, I think the one option here is that if a toon picks up the sword.. they should have a chance to obtain a blood. As of right now only a handful of people are able to effectively pvp for bloods/fragments. Completely making the items unobtainable for any other player. This is unbalanced and unfair. 
6. Tyrr needs nerfed.. PERIOD.. AOE is completely OP. 
7. Greedy's I like the idea.. however.. they need to change the mechanics. People used bots to abuse the system, suggestions, make it so a player turns to stone if they have already killed a chest that week. Randomize the names. so it's impossible to run target macros to find them, that would force people to run and look for them, and give exp party's a better chance to obtain them. Heck make it part of a random low chance to spawn with a mob. so you actually have to be farming to have a chance to get a chest.

I am sorry to say this, but you invested very poorly. Your gear doesn't reflect  the money you spent.

For reference, never ever open "random loot" boxes, whatever they call them every month, from ncoin store, unless you are rich enough in game to buy them with adena. When these events happen, look around and see how much buy shops are buying the loot boxes for, to figure out the ncoin-> adena exchange rate. If the rate is favorable, buy and sell the boxes, NEVER gamble on opening them.

it wont solve my problems..like u mentioned..those boxes are not getting me profit of adena back from crisis or dailies..that is the main issue..i dont have enough adena for bloody weapon or cloak +15..it is too much for me...as an asians...my AP  is adjusted with best AP , as my clannies told ..la vie brooch event has not yet to come..and jewels are bloody expensive..how am i suppose to buy those things that i cant even afford ..currently covid-19 stay at home with jobless..? i collected most of the parts need to go lv 2 la vie brooch d..shining gemstone fragment is hard to be found because people didnt sell it in aden..and less of people selling la vie chest lv 1 jewels or none..how am i going to make it lv 2?

and what for i need to upgrade my artifacts? since my jewels and cloak is not ready? upgrading it too early wont solve any problems..

upgrading your artifacts is the most cost effective thing you can do right now.  +4 balance patk / p atk crit dmg / p skill crt dmg will all go directly to dmg.

if you got detons, those are high price pots to sell.  all of that "junk" from boxes still has a price.

set your goals for a 7 or 10 cloak, not a 15.  15 is very expensive.  a 10 can get 1st augment and be very strong.

la vies need an event, u are correct.

 

regarding how to buy the items you are missing that are too expensive, its the same solution you have already been doing. spend ncoin.  you just need to be more targeted at how its spent to maximize your adena to upgrade with.

 

as far as making items yourself via enchanting.  dont.  save adena and buy what you need.

By the way, i heard rich people gone from this server..thanks to ncsoft for  their downgrading events..you see less or more less of people online already..is not about items.

aden server is more p2w than live servers, and makes classic look good.  no way it lasts.

I think that's the intent, so that every player  hase to pay to play  and so eliminating multiple accounts, more accounts pay more, so less boots on server .

on Elmore or Aden cloak:

+7 = 1st lvl of wraith of Elmore proc (on for 2 mins every 10 mins)

+10 = 1st augment (7.5% crit dmg is best in slot)

+15 = 2nd augment (15% skill power best in slot)

+18 = top level of Wraith of Elmore

+20 = only 1x 20 elmore exists, a few 20 adens exist, get your credit card out...

Do not go for the expensive items, buy all the cheap items  you can and when you are rich go for the expesiv one.

Think about, dragon rind leather shirt +4 45 B the same +5 65 B so you pay 20 B for nothing, with 20B you can get artifact  book lvl 3 + all artifact +0 for all the slots

Yes, I have a clan and some of the gear Connex mentioned. 

What I was trying to say is that the game is over 17 years old and we still go to these instanced zones to waste our time since the drops are (in my opinion) ridiculous. For example people have carried me in Imperial Tomb like 100 times, and the rarest thing from the reward boxes is R-grade weapon scroll. But I guess NCSofts logic is that I will do the IT quest with my 3 accounts and 7 chars = 21 times in day. That equals to approx 630 times in a month and 7665 times in a year and so on. So I would get too many good stuffz from just the IT quest only, that it wouldn't be tolerable!

If they were lucky. Cause there are people that spent multiples of that, and ended up with pretty much nothing. 

But in any case, reality is what it is. This game is way past the "grind and you 'll get there" stage. It's at a stage where a real world financial commitment is expected, if you want to "enjoy" whatever content the game offers. The newer you are, the bigger the financial commitment. Like others have said, if this was still p2p and you had been playing 10 years and paying 30 bucks/euro a month for your main and buffer accounts, you would have paid 3600 usd/euro into this game .... well it sucks the game still "forces" you to pay that money to enjoy the content, even though the label says "free",  but wishing it didn't won't change anything.

You're probably talking about most of the people at the top? I was talking about most of the people I have met during leveling from 90->107 that have been on the same train with me. There really has been a lot of new people that would've been interested in the game, but the progress gearing after 105 is so slow and the instance drops aren't helping, so they have given up. Someone saying you need better gear to get more worthless drops in these instances just drawed my attention..

I know how it feels if the noobs that are starting to play today would catch you a little without spending thousands of $/€'s. My thousands and thousands of old materials were also removed from the game (I still miss those CBP's!) and when I last time came back, my character was around lvl 90. So all those thousands of hours of grinding and sitting in front of my monitor had gone waste, since you get to lvl 90 in a couple of hours these days and get better gear for free that I had.

People have paid thousand of €/$'s to be decent in the game that is dying and new players are not wanted (unless they empty their wallet too!). Hell, I have probably paid over thousand euros to play this game, since back in the day I was paying for two accounts to have a buffer with me for multiple years. Now I'm paying for only one prestige pack.

I understand your way of seeing things Mete and I agree with you on many things. I just wish even some of those great people I've met would have continued to play the game, but they're gone now and probably won't be coming back anymore if nothing changes.

I am shocked at some of the gear recommendations coming from known players (who should no better).  Your gear is fine for your level with the exception of TWO key things.  As Hyper said; you need Bloody weap and Bloody Rune; that is 30%+ dmg.  Additionally (and arguably more important) you need MUCH higher attribute attack.  Attribute is one of the things NC changed that is screwing SO MANY players ATM.  

Storm mobs have 1370 Attribute Defense; IoS have 1520!!!!!

I can only assume your attribute attack is LOW (around 1k?).

A 110 needs 1300 - 1400 unbuffed to be able to make decent adena in Storm/IoS. 

If you changed that ONE thing on your toon (getting 1500~ attribute full buffed) you would notice a huge improvement.

Current mob attribute values have been discussed extensively on the L2 Discord server.  This information is readily available in other regions.  And......yes, it's been tested on our servers by multiple end game players.  Our mob attribute values are the same as KR, EU, RU, etc.

 

Edit:  The lack of readily available attribute boosting equipment  is the biggest "screw you" from NC West right now.  Even "end-game" players with "only" +30 weapons can't do DV and Fafurion because of low attribute attack.

yep, thats the reality of end game in l2.  unless u have a 999 wep, bleep off trying to do anything after 118+
