NCSOFT releases an event and you all jump on buying, enchanting, opening chests, buying tickets why do you rush it, YOU ALL KNOW IT IS KOREAN RANDOM... low chance = almost impossible.. it is a Lottery! Don't be fooled by the ppl who shout and sell event stuff rly fast, it means that farmers and top visa warriors have invested lots of money .. OR simply 1 out of many ppl got lucky Before you spend 300-400 dollars do your research now you spent 400 dollars or even more and you have nothing tbh +5/+7 cloak and you cant sell it If you wanted a cloak that badly, you could simply just pay those 400 bucks for a +10 legendary, you get to sell it later and use augments on it etc etc ... Really sad to see that NCsoft is killing their enthusiasm! You buy a cloak, and you start to enchant it, you do not know the chance of being successful, NCsoft does not reveal that chance!
