Vanishing Stun +3 HEX & Mass Trick +1 HEX

Hi, today i ve enchanted my tank Vanishing Stun with +3 HEX (Additional P.Def +1.8 %), How it works ? when i hit monster i have additional +1.8% P.Def? How many seconds ? in the character status window, the P.Defense don´t seems to be chanche nothing at all.

The same question to Mass Trick of Othell, +1 HEX (P.Def -1%) How it works ? when i hit monster he receive P.Def -1%? How many seconds ? 

First Time enchanting Skills, anyone explain me a little? please

There should be -1.8% P. Def... The attacked target get lower P. Def. as long that debuff is apllied.
