L2 Team Sunshine Posted August 24, 2021 L2 Team Share Posted August 24, 2021 Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT / 6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. With this maintenance: Back to School sale starts for three weeks! The Summer Hot Time event will start for three weeks! The Ancient Cloaks promotion continues for one week! Summer Watermelon Bash event will continue for one week! All Watermelon event related items will be deleted next week on 9/1! The Marvelous Mermaid Chests will be deleted. Not sure what the reasoning behind this is except to overload the server at certain times and alienate the rest of the community that can't make it during those times. Because of the time limit some people are NOT given an equal opportunity to progress. Others that can participate will be subject to being pk'd and tampering because everyone is being encouraged into an instance zone within a small time window Unless this is the environment your encouraging i think the decision should be made to open the event time up to all day so that everyone can participate and its all inclusive regardless of timezone/work/parenting commitments. Reality will be that all spots will be occupied with same people that spending passes. Turn off use of pass in this period and increase time from 12-24 or better for whole 24h!!!
