Hippalous Posted August 26, 2021 Share Posted August 26, 2021 It seems that the same issues that were in Blackbird are not present on Elcadia: insane potion lag, functionalities working with a significant delay (we can't open the warehouse, enchanting seems stuck for a while, mobs don't spawn as quickly etc.) Prior to this the issue was barely noticeable, but now it's getting to the point where it's almost unplayable. I want to let you know that THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION, it's PAINFULL to log in AGAIN with my accounts and I espect the server to be stable. I heard about "compensation" to blackbird, it sohuld be the same for Elcadia and what could be better then 3333 free L2 Coins? If the limit is 1 I wil lbuy 9 other computers, like everyone else will find a way to multibox. The solution is good computer programming. We used to have worst computers back in 2000's, pretty sure even more players. Now we have microservices, cloud computing, A LOT of things that could be done to fix, not limit the god dammit multibox. ITS A GOD DAMMIT MASSIVE MULTI-PLAYER ONLINE ROLE-PLAYING GAME. consort Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 to add clarity to the outage at the moment; there are plenty of players in game and they are enjoying Elcadia lag free the problem is NEW offline players cannot get into the server right now. i know this because i left a shop running the past 8 hours and i'm now farming with that same alt, but am unable to get any of her farming party back in to join her. game network designers should be setting up a "waitlist" within the Choose Server GUI so offline players know how backed up things are at that moment and how long it may take till new players can get in.
