delete account for no reason

I had to log in for 1 month cause of holidays and after I returned I tried to log in my account as a result, account was DELETED without message on my mail...I had an full account and I send a ticket to see what happen...ncsoft asked me some questions and I answer to everything that they need it except birth of character (like I remember my real life birthday lol)… tell me developers one reason that u delete my account when I spend hours and hours who gave u this privilege to do this? u are deleting account without mail without any warning and I m trying again and again and checking all mails that I used and everything to see what happen... is that fair? I answered 99/100 questions and u ask me for birth after a years hours months etc? wtf is that?
