Among possible changes:

Now you can trade consumables while they are being used (soulshots/adena/spirit ore).

Mid-floors of TOI are now available (110+), and the new raid boss is introduced (on the 6th floor).

Private store functionality and interface improvements.

Dimensional raids and sieges are no longer. Merlot and Mermoden NPCs are gone.

Performance system settings revamp (some of the options were joint/revised).

Improved Sayha’s Talisman introduction (10 levels are available, compound the current maxxed tali with an energy to get lv.1 with the stats of: PDef. +2252 and additionaly +3%, MDef. +1472 and additionally +3%, XP +30%, Potion Effectiveness +3000. If stacked with Venir lv.10+: skillpower +9%, skillcd -5%).

Venir talisman improvement: combine lv24 venir with an energy to receive the new talisman, which gives MEN, WIT, CON +4; DEX STR LUC CHA +3 on the 1st lvl (lv. 10 is max, with all stats +4 and bonuses to the skilldmg).

Death Knight class introduction (duelist+eviscerator).

New Dimensional interserver instance is added – according to the description, sounds like ToH+CoC, but for all the servers (party-based), and players are enemies to each other. The ultimate reward is some item (belt I presume) with the following stats: Max. HP/MP/CP +5%, weight limit +25600, dmg +15%, dmg_received -15%, dmg. Shield resistance +20%, fixed_damage_resistance +20%, crtdamreduction. -20%, inv_slots +36, att_res +50. 30-days limit only.

Massive character skill animations/stats revamp.

Wizards’ update: all have at least 1 class-dependent attribute biased skill, and many other are promised not to work unless the attribute is chosen.

Fresh clan shop items introduction: EWR, GEWR, BEWR , EAR, GEAR, BEWR.

Exalted quest update: exalted weapon is available after awakening (for existing chars can be received by Herphah in Aden).

New Forgotten Power Skills Introduction: are up to the lv.31 now (require new books which can be crafted by having 10-15 chapter ones). Capital skills are:
 

- patk: DMG +10%, patk. +20%, crtdam +15%, pskillpower +10%.

- matk: DMG +10%, matk. +20%, mskillpower +15%, mcrit +10%.

- def: def. +20%, received_dam_immobile -15%, skillcd -10%, dmg_received -15%.

- att: att_def +220, att_atk +170, Max. HP/ MP +15%.

Bonus exp items are no longer available for the mentee coins.

Iss buff system revamp: all melodies, sonatas and resistances are joint together (each group into 1 buff). Existing learnt buff-all-at-once skills (like trio sonata) are removed, while runestones spent are compensated. Existing buff items (8h potions) are now buffing you with the updated buff versions. No info on enchant level compensation, though.
