As for fairness, any class at any level can chase the sword and get it when it drops. you might not be able to fight because of level and gear but you can get your hand on it and keep it at the end. Swords is probably the only activity in this game with a reward you don't have to pay for a chance of a chance. This is a NA server and the earlier the time the less competition because most players on this server are NA and work during the day, its already starting super early so it has little participation when it starts, like 3 people chase the sword at the start because people not even on to participate. I get my ass handed to me every time, but each time I go is another chance at practicing and you can ask my team, the growth I’ve had has been so much better each time I participate in the event. The proposed time zone makes it impossible for people on the West coast to participate and get home from work. If you want to participate in Cursed Weapons I suggest you go to Naia where it's suited to your time zone. People at this time in all Europe sleeping. For zare/aka in Naia fighting just loosers in real life (they not have job). And 90 % of this "people" its from Russia, Ukraina and Romania (with small exeptions). Time must to be changed. Cant be any discusion about that.
