Yidao Posted July 26, 2018 Share Posted July 26, 2018 Those upgrading statements are indeed contradictory. 로 is a dative case/directional postposition and means "towards" while 승급 resp. 昇級 means "upgrade" (you can see the rising sun from 日本 resp. Japan in the first ideogram). I think the key to understanding the matter is the second sentence which says that the existing Dark & Bloody Enhancement Stones must be removed. Check the "organigram" right at the top here:http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/update/view?articleId=635706 The second, blue thingy is Blessed R99 equipment (R99_축복). Below that it says "upgrade" (승급). Below that comes the normal R110 equipment (R110_일반). To the right of the Blessed R99 you still have the option (the dotted lines) of making traditional Dark (다크) and Bloody (블러디) R99 equipment. Ncwest was stuck on 105 all this time cause of this ... The change on attribute is a plus from my pov .. That's a "nerf" on dragon weapon damage albeit a minus one .. Possibly JoyVoy simply talked to a Town Blacksmith or the Blacksmith of Mammon (the patch notes are not clear about that) on the Korean PTS, where Fafurion runs since yesterday. The basic conditions for the upgrade from R99 to R110 are correct. Since the Dragon Jewelry is overenchanted with Angel's Jewelry Enchant Scrolls, my guess would be that they are R-Grade, like for example the Angel's Earring dropped by lvl 108 Orfen:http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/천사의+귀걸이 But that's just a guess. The patch notes don't say, and when you take into consideration that Antharas and Valakas will be lvl 118 as of Monday, the jewelry might as well be R99. If this is the case, the possibility to upgrade R99 to R110 should start with a +7 Blessed Amaranthine Weapon:http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/장비+승급#hd107600 Please note that the price for upgrading the weapon JoyVoy tried is amazingly low compared to the Specter -> Amaranthine price. Recipes and key materials (무기 조각과 방어구 재료) have indeed been added both for Krishna Weapons and Leviathan Armors:http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/tsnotice/view?articleId=635705 (about halfway down the page) It doesn't say who drops them, but my guess would be - apart from Fafurion herself - the lvl 111+ monsters in the newly added Fafurion's Temple/파푸리온의 신전. It will still be a year until we get this update and players have plenty of time to level up with the improved Orfen exp tables, but I guess there still won't be very many people who are able to hunt lvl 111 monsters efficiently. There is also no reason to assume that the drop rates in Fafurion's Temple will be any better than in the other hunting grounds, so it might be some time until we see the first self-crafted R110 equipment (the recipes have the standard 60% success rate). The main source for that stuff will probably be full drops from the dragon(s). Please note, there is no R110 Leviathan Jewelry. No one crafts anything because NCSoft floods the market with weapons, armors, and boss jewels every single event. I have +6 and +8 R99 sets for my alt FFS, for no damn reason. The only thing people honesty use crafters for anymore is crafting level 5 mats, which only have 1 purpose. The only people who use spoilers honestly are the bots, and the VERY few people who like to play a super under powered dagger class compared to the rest. Also curious about translation of Light armor set here. Set effect - 2 pieces Leviathan Greyhound STR +3, DEX +3 Set effect - 3 pieces of Leviathan Greyhound Physical / Magical Skill Power + 5% Set effect - 4 pieces Leviathan Greyhound Max MP + 10%, Stun / Knockback / Knockdown Resistance + 10% Set effect - Leviathan Greaves 5 pieces Attack + 10%, Magical + 10%, Defense + 7%, Magic Resistance + 7%, Healing +7%, Attribute Resistance +20 If anyone plays in korea can you tell me if it is more popular there for healers to wear light instead of robe, because It looks like they are tailoring light sets to work for both light DD's and Healers if not all robe users. At "Set Effect - Leviathan Light Armor 5 Pieces"/세트효과 - 레비아탄 경갑 5피스 it says in the Korean version 받는 힐량 +7%/received Heal Amount +7%:http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/tsnotice/view?articleId=635705 (about 1/4 down the page) I think this set effect is based on the assumption that Light Armor users are more susceptible to receiving damage than Heavy Armor characters and therefore need more healing. At the bottom of that table you can see that a 5 piece Leviathan Robe Set gives you +10% received heal amount, which would fit into this pattern. Robe users are even more vulnerable and in need of heals than Light Armor guys. Is it of some advantage to make r110 set compared to the existing +12 or higher dark/blood sets we got in game? Is there any way I can see the armors being used by the game races? For months they only added new field raids and always the same boring drops, whoose only good use was to craft the Dragon weapons. In the new weapons section, they kept the same pattern? Not a single new 2h melee blunt? I see the picture of the dual swords was shown as just a single short sword? Because as we all know blessed/dark/blood armory give better stats than your regular armory. The mixed set you mention, that is also in the dev mode, fuses the set into pvE + pvP and keeps the apperance of the original set used. It also gives some shoulder blades in the final apperance.
